Great service and on time, but my god they overcharge. They had to gut my toilet and replace everything inside and charged me $340. "Sink or toilet stop replacement chrome" was $150! I thought I was getting top notch materials and the invoice looks super complicated and fancy so I agreed. Recently I had to gut my other toilet and hired another plumber. This plumber brought a Fluidmaster kit from Home Depot that cost $22 (he gave me the receipt) and guess what it looked familiar. Upon inspection it was the same kit that Pure Plumbing was using, and it even included the "fancy chrome stop". I understand paying well for home services but using a $22 kit to charge $340 was absurd. Btw the new plumber charged about $100 including the cost of the kit, and my toilet works just as well as the other one.
