Yep. I'm still loving this place. What's not to like about a hotel that treats everyone like a celebrity, and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you want?
The rooms are spacious, and I love that housekeeping is always nearby and yet you never see them, turning down the rooms at night and freshening them in the morning. And yet there is never anyone knocking on your door yelling "housekeeping" or showing up when you least expect them.
And the food and drink served at the restaurant here is all delicious. I like to sit in the bar and enjoy one of their specialty drinks and just catch up with the locals who frequent this place.
And the concierge staff here is amazing! Big requests or small, they manage to pull a trick out of their hats every time I am here.
Love this hotel. Only wish I got to spend more time in Toronto to enjoy it!
