Michael at Tindol Subaru did a nice job of trying to get me into a Subaru Outback. Earlier in the day, I had already driven the Outback and Legacy at another dealership. I did take a Crosstrek out for a test drive here to make sure I felt like I was getting the full Subaru experience. Buying a car is a big deal and the more informed you can be about their products, the better your final decision. Unfortunately, there was only one Outback on the lot that hadn't already been sold. These things apparently sell like hot cakes. By the time I had decided to go with the Outback, 24 Hours later, it had sold. Booo! Michael offered to try and find me another and maybe do a trade with another dealership. By that time, I had already signed on the dotted line with Volvo. Michael was friendly and helpful. Tindol has pretty high Google ratings as well. The moral of the story is likely this: if you want a Subaru Outback, just order one from the factory.
