Very disappointing for a Starbucks. Line of people waiting and cashier was more interested in labeling canisters. Heard that she didn't have what the person in front of me wanted and although they advertised on their board the Holiday drink I requested, they didn't have that either. I said yes when the cashier asked if I wanted my receipt and she told me I could grab it myself while she continued with her labels.
