DON'T STAY HERE!!! The hotel staff is rude. I arrived at check-in time to only have one person behind the counter. Three other employees emerged from down the hall and asked if I was being helped. We are part of the timeshare program and were told we could have a late check-out. I asked and was told "oh sorry, we can't do that". They had a manager come and tell me that I could have an extra 1/2 hour. Crazy!!! No gift shop or small store on site, I forgot dental floss and was told I could call the front desk and they would have some sent up. When I called I was rudely told "we don't have that on site" and hung up. We used the shuttle on Saturday night and had an amazing driver - Demil (the only bright spot to the weekend). We decided to use the shuttle service on Sunday night and not to our liking. The driver kept quizzing the riders and playing music way louder than he should have. We were told that he does a pickup at 9:40pm, we arrived at 9:41pm to be told he had left about 5 minutes earlier. I was told to call the hotel and let them know that we were waiting. When I called the hotel, I was once again told rudely that he is prompt and would be back in an hour. Won't stay here again. Wasted points and left a bad taste.
