Cox Communications is terrible. They sell their "Contour" and claim it is able to be watched and enjoyed in each room. This is NOT the case. The fact is, if the main box is being used, the other boxes connected to it are completely USELESS. You cannot pause, watch recordings, or anything else. It took 5 visits from their techs until one of them finally told me that this is how the whole system works, and that I will NEVER get what they have promised, because it simply doesn't work that way. The worst thing-customer service doesn't even care. In this day and age-when people are quitting cable at such a fast pace, you'd think they'd try to keep their customers-especially one that's been with them for almost 20 years. Terrible, terrible company.
