I want to give my review of Starving Artist more stars but I can't and I'll tell you why. I was so excited to have gluten free waffles for brunch and got even more excited when I saw the menu and noticed I could get eggs Benedict on waffles...or not. While Starving Artist makes amazing gluten-free/vegan waffles, their hollandaise (which is on most menu items) is not gluten free! I was honestly surprised to see that they would take the time to make GF waffles but couldn't be bothered to make GF hollandaise. I was definitely disappointed, but overall the food was still great and very fresh!
