I've been here three times in the last few weeks, since I live and work nearby. Whole the food has been great, the service needs improvement. One of the times I went was with a group from work, at least 8 people. Service was quick, efficient and food was great. One tome before that and one time after, I was alone as I am most of the time. Service was slow both times, I had a diet coke( don't drink coffee) which finally came halfway thru the meal. I tried to get the servers attention to no avail. The last time when the bill came, I was charged for a diet coke and coffee. I asked the server about it and it took her 5 minutes to tell me that she couldn't figure outhow to refund the $2.00. So she gave me $2 out of her pocket.
I sort of blame the iffy service level on thefact that I know servers hate waiting on one person because they know the tip won't be as much. Food is good
