my husband has really good coverage and they where in plan $20. copay .He normally goes to honor health its always been good but we tried Stetson hills because it was closer to home . We received a break down from our insurance telling us that we owed nothing and at the bottom of our insurance form it clearly states any dispute on charges is to be disputed between the office and insurance NOT !!! the patient .We received a letter stating that they know we got notice from our health insurance about a unpaid balance and that we had to pay immediately .We called our insurance they said that Stetson hill is doing wrong we are not suppose to even see a bill and that my husband was fully covered also they said its between them and the provider not us .They agree to be in our PPO provider plan but yet they are trying to get the patients to pay outside of insurance plan costs and the letter is worded in a very rude intimidating manner. We wont begoing back there after that .if you look at the BBB you will see there are several complaints about there billing methods
