Just moved to Southern Highlands and was hoping this would be our new neighborhood cafe. Definitely not. Took FOREVER for my latte to come out and they were not even busy. I actually thought they forgot about my drink order. Hubby said this is how slow it was the first time he came and he orders black coffee! Employees seem to be poorly trained. Even person taking drive-through orders seemed to be getting annoyed with the co-workers. Floors are dirty, I even saw a wad of gum and a q-tip behind the chairs in the front. Ewwwww....AND employees were just inappropriate. Apparently one of them has or had another job making $10 and she was the only person that spoke English there. Is this appropriate conversation? No thank you. We always try to support local businesses, and this cafe could be sooooo cute, after a DEEP cleaning and socially appropriate and much better trained employees. Drink was just ok, not impressive as well. Skip this place, just go to Starbucks down the street.
