Please note: Dr. Litchfield is WONDERFUL...this review is regarding his staff. Specifically Nurse Tarra. I have never in my life had to beg for Metformin and I'm a Type 1 diabetic. I am in desperate need of Metformin (not Oxycodone for God's sake) and she informed me it's been over a year since my last appt. True, I was laid off, had no insurance and trust assure that the split second I did, I was on the phone trying to get an appt. with a doctor I consider a gift from God. She told me I'd have to go to an URGENT CARE to get this Metformin and then was so belittling to me and RUDE! Due to her actions and the unorganization of the staff costing me 2 hours of pay by missing work due to telling me to go to the Lab, I will not be back. Unbelievable. He is such a great doctor and so knowledgeable. Finally found someone who wants to "fix" my issues.
