Came this morning to get a quick car wash before work. I disconnected my phone charger and ipod nano for easier cleaning and put everything in my clean and empty trunk. Once they were finished cleaning my car, I noticed that my ipod nano was missing. I tried talking to the manager but she was "too busy" in a meeting to come out and help out with the situation. She just told the supervisor to tell me that they're not "responsible for belongings inside the car" even though I had JUST disconnected it for them to clean the inside of my car. Nobody seems to have it of course, so even though it's a minor thing, I called the local police to see if we can find the person responsible for that. HORRIBLE customer service. It's the LAST time I'll ever be back here. I don't recommend it to anybody. Very dishonest staff.
