I have lived in Vegas for three years. Lived on the East Coast for 20+. I once worked for a jewelry store that sold Pandora, and I am a long time Pandora shopper whether in New York, Chicago, etc. I am very familiar with what true customer service is, and this place does not have it if you don't fit the "type" of shopper they are profiling you for. I have shopped at Fashion Show 4x in the span of three years, and despite the different staff each visit, I have been ignored because I am Asian (born in America), and they assume I am a foreigner. The times I have shopped, I would be the 2nd or 3rd customer in the store. All the other customer reps were attentive in helping or acknowledging a non Asian person if they walked in the store. I've waited for 30+ min until someone would ask if I needed help. I do not shop during Pandora promotions because it's hectic wherever. Promo or not, I am writing this review to save you Vegas locals time. Please go to Venetian or the airport store instead. Or better yet, go to Tiffany's if you're at Fashion Show
