The service here is horrible. The first time I went to this place, they cut the side of my skin and it was bleeding. Tracey apologized and her son was so kind that I decided to give this place another chance. The second time, my experience was even worse. They take more appointments than they can handle. I waited for close to an hour while they took walk-ins so that no one leaves. Once they finally took me, I was passed from one nail technician to another (this is their way of having multiple clients at the same time). I ended up leaving with just an acrylic fill and no polish as they took over 2 hours and I had to get to another appointment. Tracey is more worried about the number of clients than
the service that she is offering. I would not recommend this place.
