I haven't been to the actual store here but I called this location and placed an order over the phone, it was a very hard to find item that most stores didn't have or sold out of really fast. Justin gladly assisted me over the phone and was quick about the process. A lot of stores take FOREVER to place an order over the phone OR it takes them half a day to figure out what item you're even talking about. Justin was QUICK and pleasant. I'll definitely come in next time I'm in Vegas, the people working at the Orange County Ted Baker talk and walk like there's a stale cup of tea up their butt, I don't get that vibe from the Vegas store.
