I have had a good experience visiting this particular CareNow. The purpose of going to Urgent Care is to ideally go in and out and get a treatment you need as fast as possible. The only complaint I may have is that I had to wait for a long time inside the waiting room (where you wait for your doctor to come in to your room) although I didn't feel like there was anyone else there being seen at that moment. Although a girl who came in after me left at the same time as me, so clearly she didn't have to wait that long. If they can try to shorten "waiting time", this place will be amazing. Everyone there, Monica, Taisha and Andrew were polite and kind and Dr. Olsen was was a good doctor who did his job. I hope I don't have to go to Urgent Care again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to go there again.
