So I have had this office do my taxes now for several years until I had major problems with them for the 2016 year. I now need a new copy of my 2015 return so I called the office. After telling the receptionsit that I needed a copy she proceeded to chew me out, literally! Explained she will not speak about copies of tax returns on the phone. If I want one then I need to come walk into their office and deal with it then after paying them $10.00... Extremely unprofessional! I was also told it was up to Mikes discretion if I get a copy and up to his discretion to call me back...
