I've recently been using Walmart Auto when I need to get an oil change as it's cheaper than Jiffy Lube where I used to go all the time. However, I feel like this location is lacking when it comes to customer service. I came at opening (actually 30 minutes before opening) in hopes of getting in and out quickly. There was one other lady ahead of me when I got there. Once they opened up, they took their time getting around to their customers. After about 15 minutes they finally got around to me and checked me in. They told me it would be about 45 minutes! I've been to other locations where there were 5 or more people ahead of me and I was in and out in less time than that!! Good thing I needed to do grocery shopping. I was about finished with my shopping when they called me (exactly 45 minutes) so I headed over to the Auto department. When I got there no one was there!! A lady working another department saw me standing there and asked if she could help me. I informed her that I was called for my car but that no one was there. She had to go and get someone to help me. Don't call me unless you're ready for me to check out!! When I was paying the guy told me that they didn't have the air filter in stock that I needed for my car. What? I had asked you about it before you started and you told me you had my type!! Also, they marked that I declined getting my car vaccumed, you didn't even ask me! I doubt I'll come to this location again for my service.
