I'm sorry FX Tactical but unfortunately I'm not going to be doing any business with you in the future. The "new" boots that took me nearly a month to receive after being told it would take a week to get them has pushed me to the limit. Then when I ordered them they arrived in a beat up box, they were both scuffed and had looked as if someone had tried them on and walked around in them. I was told that you tried to call me two times and e-mailed me last week and I had given you the wrong number and e-mail. Then you called the number while I was in the store and it worked perfectly. I called last week as well and was told they hadn't arrived. Makes me feel as if I was blatantly lied to.
I support local businesses until they stop supporting me so best of luck in the future as I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Do not try and fix this issue because I've made up my mind and will not be back. You've lost your moral compass and telling me lies to cover your rear has taught me to learn my lesson the first time and not allow for me to be lied to a second time.
