Overall, I am a fan, but like everywhere and everything there are pros and cons to Sue's. Pros: Some of the best fruit and vegetable around. Imagine doing your food shopping at Wal-Mart. Sue's is the opposite. Their baked goods is very good and their prepared food selection is both large, different (hooray for something different than usual!) and advertised as preservative free. Good selection of healthier meat They never move their items, selections and shelves around. you know how other supermarkets keep moving things around to confuse you into buying crap you don't need? Not at Sue's. It has been the same for ten years. The sushi stand is operated by a pair of Japanese men. One of them even used to have his own sushi restaurant years ago. Unfortunately, due to a lack of demand, they do not venture beyond the very standard. Still, ask them for Futomaki. Small plaza so one does not have to trek through 500 carts and 700 ugly SUVs to get to the entrance. Cons: Cramped The queue and angles to go through cash are constrained The owner or manager are not exactly friendly. I really think they are jaded. Prices are higher than average (but remember this is not the crap one gets at MegaMart) Dated interior
