Friendly service. They want to sell cars. I recently had to search for a new car to replace my 21 yr. old Honda. This dealership had a used Ford that I was interested in so I made the drive to check them out. The salesman was up front about the car and was very courteous (not pushy like most). When it came to negotiating the deal, he actually negotiated. I couldn't believe it. I had shopped around at 3 other dealers and nobody wanted to come down on the price but this dealership would. It took about 30-45 minutes to complete the sale and included was a lifetime service deal. I highly recommend this dealership for the service. Oh, and the salesman's name was Eric.
