This is the worst medical supply company I have ever done business with. The staff do not return turn phone calls promptly, the customer service is poor, and the billing system is inefficient. I've been overcharged for services on several occasions or received a billing statement months after purchasing supplies. The staff do not respect patients' privacy and often discuss your supplies or other medical issues in the lobby area. You're often left waiting to be helped and people rarely ask if you need assistance. If your insurance will allow it, find another medical supply company.
