I would have rated Sura with 3-4 stars, since we have been coming to the restaurant once a month and introducing others to it; but our last visit was extremely frustrating: We brought our nephew and his family here and arrived at 6:00 pm. We ate our usual pace and at 6:40 the server gave us our bill. At 6:45 the manager (we think) came over to ask when we were leaving! They said they had a large group reservation and they needed our table! WOW, I was very upset. There was no sign that stated a time limit, but really 40 minutes of dining for a dinner? I wrote them a letter stating my concern and IF THEY HAD RESPONDED positively, I would have returned, but since they COMPLETELY IGNORED my letter, I wouldn't go back.
