Nice guy when he came out and great price but our ants came back in TWO weeks. They promised us that even without a contract with them, that a one time service would give us a month guarantee (not much, but we thought it sufficient for a simple ant problem). However, when we called to tell them the ants came back in TWO weeks, we got the runaround and were told that there was no such guarantee and we were out of luck. Of course they were willing to come back and get paid again to which we, of course, chose not to. We could have done better ourselves by buying bug spray on our own and saving a good 50$. Do not use.
