Worst spa experience ever! I am not new to the spa industry. I've been a member of Burke Williams, have been to spa gregories, ispa, pelican hill, Glen ivy, Venus spa, and numerous others... but never have I ever had a more horrific experience as this one. Here are the reasons why: 1. I had a qua facial and was falling in and out of sleep, but each time I woke up, I laid there and it took the esthetician 5 minutes to touch me. It was as if she knew I dosed off and decide to be lazy. I had to open my eyes or cough for her to realize I'm awake. It happened 4 times during my service where I woke up to no one for five minutes....and mind you, this was a $240 - 50 minutes facial. If I'm going to pay this price.... Service should be exceptional. Absolutely the worst facial in my entire life and I've had hundreds! 2. There were no hair ties, plastic bag for your swimwear, face lotion, toner, face serum, champagne, or toothbrushes. 3. The combs and brushes were in the "clean" area but every comb had someone's hair in it. Are you serious?!?! How is this a 4.5 star spa?!?! And how are services $240?!?! For the price I expected excellence.... but instead had the worst spa experience of my life.
