I am a huge tea lover so always on the lookout for a great teahouse! I recently visited Orienthe with some friends and absolutely fell in love with the place. I love the concept of removing your shoes at the entrance which really gave the space a homely, chilled-out feeling! The interior is quite asian (red and black theme) with some Arabian decor which confused me a little... The seating is comfy and cosy, you could easily sit there for hours and feel very zen! We had booked the private room at the back where you sit on the floor with nice cushions and a sort of tent hanging above you. I found it very comfortable! We ordered the Amande tea, Moroccan tea and turkey sandwiches. Teas were excellent and served in gorgeous teapots but the sandwich was quite a let down as it was very simple and thrown together in a ciabatta bread. I will definitely visit again soon as my husband is eager to try out the sheesha and I the tea!
