In our opinion, Stocker Team Realty was a complete nightmare to rent from and is not at all trustworthy. Jessica's attitude is almost bi-polar depending on what you need. She uses her personal problems to guilt you into allowing her to be derelict her duties. She told us to use her contractors to make sure moving out was done well and to avoid issues, we did. Then she locked us out of our rental home during a time we had paid for after moving before we could close out the house and fix any issues. We had a scheduled walkthrough but instead, she changed the locks and ignored us. Jessica refused to tell us what was wrong with the house or have a walkthrough with us nor did they let us fix anything as they promised they would, in the end, they kept of $1,959.15 of our deposit for spite. We will do more research next time and never do business with anyone that does this to people. It's really disturbing when someone who thats trusted with thousands of dollars does this to anyone. Also, the homeowner is an attorney & court mediator so that was a nice little fear-mongering tactic to keep us from wasting more money fighting with them in court. Wrong full billing: -She had her gardeners go to the house while she knew our weekly gardener would have done anything she asked. -We used her carpet cleaners then she said the owner wanted zerores service instead. -Shower door upstairs came off the track, the maintenance person fixed it. The door fell off the track again and he said he would fix for free but Jessica ignored him. -Mirror was peeling upstairs when we moved in and she charged us to replace the entire mirror saying we let the steam from shower ruin mirror. -Cabinet had stain wearing away when we moved in but they charged us to re-stain the cabinet. -Directv added wire to room she removed the wire and made a big production about repainting and filling a few nail holes.
