I've come to this new location twice so far as it is closer to my house. The first time was when they first opened the new location and the second time was last week. My friends and I all ordered the burger special, 2 cooked medium and 1 (medium rare). All of our burgers came out VERY well done. I was the only one who complained because I'm not paying that much for a hockey puck. They apologized and remade the burger, but my poor friends had to drench their burgers in various sauces to make it somewhat palatable. The burger was alright, nothing special 7/10. Their customer service is top notch, but I'm not sure what is going on in the kitchen back there. My friends are now only willing to go back to the original location.
