I wanted to rate my experience with Cornerstone furniture as a very positive one. We were looking for a few things for our new home: couches, dinning table, and coffee table-so we decided to go to their showroom after seeing the items we wanted online. Unfortunately, they didn't have those items at the store so we went with the looks off the Internet. That would be the only negative aspect about buying furniture thru here. A lot of times you won't see your furniture until it's delivered to your home. The dinning table and coffee table were exactly what we wanted and expected. However we didn't really care for the couches. They looked and felt funky. Immediately after receiving the couches I called Rafael (the guy who had helped us out) and told him we wanted to exchange the couches. This was on a Friday before July 4th. Without any complications our new couches were delivered on Wednesday of the next week. I'd say the exchange was handled very professionally. I will certainly go buy more items from this store. I will try to get what they have in the showroom to avoid any inconvenience though. Thanks Rafael and Cornerstone Furniture!
