This place completely renovated since the last time I was here, inside, outside, and foodside. The bright, airy interior with wooden chairs and benches were a great backdrop for sipping our Thai iced tea and iced coffee, which were thick with cream and syrupy flavoring. I really enjoyed my sweet drinks alongside a refreshing, green papaya salad with complex flavors encased in pungent fish sauce. The sticky white rice served alongside it complemented the crunchy texture and tempered the pungency. Their house fried rice was presented beautifully, with crispy battered chicken breast atop, flavorful and tender. This dish is great for those craving familiar flavors. However, I would most recommend their red curry with coconut milk and chicken. It was fragrant and absolutely delicious, even worthier as leftovers. I love this location next to AMC Fitchburg, which makes for a great, family-friendly lunch stop right before a matinee. While great for dining in, the space is adequate but not large, and I saw plenty of people grabbing takeout orders as well. I hope you'll enjoy Thai Noodles as much as I did!
