I have been going for a few months because I have 1/2 off coupons. There was always something minor I had them touch up, but no big issues. Unfortunately, a few days ago I went and they forgot to put back a floor mat. I noticed it was missing and went back 2 days later, but no one could find it. They said a manger would call me the next day, but I had to call them. The assistant manager said he spoke to all the workers and none of them remember taking it out. He said they just lift up the mats, vacuum, then put them back. All I got was an apology and an unsolved mystery as to where the mat is. I will NOT GO BACK.
