I never write bad reviews but this time I had to. The staff here are rude. They are very short and show no customer service skills. I used to enjoy seeing the Nurse practitioner here but she left. I recently tried to get my prescription refilled here. I was told the Dr would not refill it because I had not been in for my annual visit. I had no idea it was time for my annual. Why? Because they never notified me. I am happy to go in for annuals but I wasn't told. I was in the office twice for quick visits. Not once did they tell me it was time for my annual. So I am being punished by them even though it's their fault for not having good communication with their patients. Will never go here again.
