Ended up here last minute for lunch. The decor inside really does remind you of a Mexican villa, beautiful! Service was fast, salsa was a little water down but they were quick to refill our chips/ salsa every time.
I got the enchiladas Del Mar with crab and bf got the pancho combination. Food was delicious and they don't skimp on portions or meat! My enchiladas were overstuffed with crab.
Biggest complaint was the prices are high especially compared to Viva Mercados...guess your paying extra for all that decor and being in Summerlin. Also wish entrees came with soup fideo and kinda weird all the food comes from upstairs.
