I regularly fly into Pittsburgh to visit my family. This year, when my father passed away, I had rented an Enterprise vehicle. You can imagine that the last thing on my mind was the rental agreement and extending it not knowing how long I would remain in PA. Rental companies notoriously charge a ridiculous daily fee if you go outside your original reservation. I called Enterprise at the Pittsburgh airport and got in touch with Greg DePolo, the Station Manager for Enterprise, Alamo & National. I explained what was going on and he took care of me without a second thought. He also followed up with a phone call and email - and sent a Sympathy card to my family. RARELY do you see this kind of customer service. Above and Beyond is all I can say. Subsequently, when I travel to PA, I call Enterprise and Greg DePolo. There's no one better.
