I come here for their near-perfect cap. I rank Crema, Bisogno and Sam James as my 3 favourite indie cafes in the city. Crema's caps are quite delicious. I love the environment, the tables, cushions, and art work. I love that I almost always see families here and a very unpretentious clientele. Why 2 stars you ask? Although this place draws quite a friendly, laid back crowd, the staff are particularly snooty - CONSISTENTLY. As a matter of principle, I try to come here less often as a result. If anyone at crema reads this, you really shouldn't tell people how a coffee should be drank in a condescending way and remember I am paying for my drink, you are not doing me a favour by making me one. Oh - and please, try to smile every so often. I end up at Sam James almost daily. I love their caps just as much and love the warmth of Sam and the gang.
