I would not recommend this chase branch to anyone. The branch manager was very cold and unwilling to show empathy or customer service resolution issues. It's so unfortunate they let a good customer leave unhappy and cancel their account over a $34.00 fee that was an unreasonable charge. I guess if Chase and their employees are so unwilling to compromise to keep clients then I will be taking my business to another bank and closing my credit cards based on this experience! A business is not supposed to be a robot.......blaming your rules on "the system" is getting old.
