I have been sick for a good whole month and after coming here, I instantly felt better.
1) full nude(some people still wear swimwear)
2) always shower before you use anything. Seriously, don't be gross please. There are showers located everywhere for convenience purposes
3) bring slippers and bath/shower needs.
They have a lot of stuff but I recommend bringing your own because the quality of the stuff they provide isn't good.
4) wear your normal clothes, you will change anyways
5) bring face mask, skin treatment, etc stuff if you want.
6) upstairs=co ed, downstairs=gender separation.
Upstairs=ice room, pilates, the kin/pizza oven room, red clay ball beds, bath salt beds, hot rock beds, clay/charcoal room, food court, massage chairs/sofa chairs and TV, restrooms
Downstairs=locker room, preparation/mirror room, steam room, heat room, hot jacuzzi, cold jacuzzi, warm jacuzzi, standing showers, sitting showers, salt room.
