I signed in for a full set, then I was told, "Hold on, we need to see if we can fit you in." When there were two techs, one customer and one other customer there, soaking off her nails.
Once she confirmed she could take me and told me to pick a polish, the tech went to smoke a cigarette for 7 minutes, then came back in and grabbed my hand without a word or eye contact. She began trimming my natural nails hastily, catching my fingertips in the blades numerous times before I informed her that she was cutting my skin off. No apology, no acknowledgement, still no eye contact. At that point, I just collected my things and told her never mind. I literally have chunks of skin missing from the tops of my fingers.
Rude, full of attitude and they've permanently lost a potentially loyal customer.
