I made the mistake of letting the insurance send me to hertz on Brookpark road. Customer service was horrible. I wasted time and a ride to get there for nothing. Nothing was ready, they didn't have a car and no one cared to help. Called the insurance and got it switched to enterprise right up the block and in minutes of getting there, everything was ready and easy. Everyone there was so nice, professional, and helpful. Save the hassle and go to enterprise! Ryan Orr helped me and it was great! He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable on the car.
