I have spent hundred of dollars here at this location and now I regret every single penny! I don't have a problem with the rooms or the amenities but i do have a huge problem with one specific front desk agent named Nick. He was an absolute rude, nasty human being and showed no hospitality.
I've had a few encounters with him and he treated me and my family like criminals that needed "authorities" as his exact words. I have never met such a heartless scary looking ginger in my life. He was so vulgar & defiantly in the wrong business. His rude actions made me cry , my father confront him and my daughter feel unsafe. Last night was a nightmare & I hope Jeff addresses the issues with him so he won't spread his hate for the world and his job any further!
