Just focusing on the spa here since I wasn't staying at the hotel. Had a great massage here, but was a little disappointed to realize the provider cut the treatment short by about 5-7 minutes - on a 50-min massage, that's not insignificant. I wasn't late - in fact, I got there about an hour ahead of time so I could read and relax and get all zen-like - so it wasn't a case where they were forced to cut into my appointment because of my own tardiness. Just felt a little cheated. Other than that, everything was lovely. Staff was courteous, professional and warm, the place was clean and calm, and the massage really was excellent - just a bit shorter than anticipated. Last note - I left a necklace that means a lot to me in my locker, and the Ritz staff (spa was closed by the time I realized it) went above and beyond to search for the necklace after hours. It wasn't especially valuable, but it was priceless in other ways, so I was so grateful for that level of service. I lied - one more note: the valets and doormen were SO great - cheerful, friendly, helpful, etc. Sets a good stage for a relaxing spa day/vacation/business trip!
