Never again stale jokes about me not being able to rent. Me: I reserved a truck over the phone " owner: "nope" I advised i was already stressed and just wanted to get the truck I reserved and he made another joke the truck wasn't available..... after that told me I needed 2 phone numbers to rent I told him I only had a cell phone, instead of problem solving it with me he said "well you can't rent a truck sorry" I'm a very smug way. I just have him a number of a friend and was able to rent but his skills to problem solve or help me was unseen. I rent trucks about twice a month maybe more to move single items most of the time and every time I come here it's garbage. Terrible service and terrible experience.
