The company I work for has used Parker and Sons several times now to come out and service our air conditioning issues.
All of their technicians have been very helpful and timely, however, today when calling their customer service representative, Monica, was not definitely customer service orientated with her attitude or helpfulness. I'm sure they are busy during the summer season but being kind and helpful to a good customer or any customer is valued and highly important in my book.
