PLEASE READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS AFTER MS BETTY LEFT THE SHOP STARTING ON 2016. Don't go this place! It is not safe for your dog! They do not ask for any proof of rabies taken. You will not know if your love would catch any disease from this place!This owner is rude and I mean a piece of crap,My dog had the worst cut possible. Never had this issue with Alex or Ms Betty. Only his body was cut, nails, face and legs were never cut. Usually his cuts last 5 weeks, now this cut lasted 6 days. I called to get the issue fixed and the store gave me excuses about the blade and why didn't I say something when I was there. I was going to this shop since 2012 when Ms Betty ran the shop, and Alex was one of the groomers. Now this shop is full of excuses and bad customer services, and the owner gets defensive with criticism. If you love your animals, give them the best service possible DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR LOVE ONES. THIS OWNERSHIP IS NOTHING LIKE BEFORE. LOOK AT THE RESPONSE FROM JILL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS ALWAYS. SHE WILL NEVER SAY OUR MISTAKE ITS ALWAYS YOUR FAULT 50 bucks down the drain!!!!!!!
