The only good things about this place are the prices (since they offer student discount) and faster service.
I had went to see a premier and due to long lines I was able to quickly swap my ticket for a different time but the ticket taker was rude and had no personality. So much for greeting people.
Then we were told twice that the lines were wrong and that auditoriums were swapped when in reality they weren't and we lost our original spot due to miscommunication and stupidity. To top it off there was a random group of people that waited out of line and closer to the auditorium door and ended up cutting everyone in line off (nobody was there to stop it or control the lines).
When we finally got in the projector was set wrong and the film was too expanded and the young crowd was loud and giggly - very frustrating. Oh and nobody came in to help find seats or do anything for anyone.
Probably never going back there again. I'd rather pay extra and go to AMC or even Harkins.
