Wow, I was not sure what to expect from this clinic but I called them with an emergency for my CKD cat and they were able to accomodate an appointment the next day. The receptionist was super nice (I wish I had her name to give her props).
The Dr who took care of my cat had great bedside manner. He was thorough and explained all options. Gave us estimates of everything in writing prior to starting treatment.
Even shared a copy of his notes for our care documentation.
We asked for prescriptions to fill at the pharmacy as cost was a concern to us and he was happy to oblige.
If we weren't moving, I would keep bringing my cats to this office.
