I am a little disappointed in the customer service provided. I had emailed the company with questions about my account and services without a limited response back. My questions were not answered fully and my promised delivery never showed up. When I had originally ordered services, I was told my delivery day would be every other Friday. It ended up be a Wednesday delivery without any prior notification. I was also billed for 6 bottles on my first bill when I was on the 5 bottle plan.
