Update: 3 items lost in the move, 1 dresser essentially destroyed (side panel broken in half, bottom wooden leg completely sheared off), bed frame had wooden leg broken off, file cabinet had 2 of 4 legs broken off and dented so much it is unable to be locked anymore. On the plus side, the drop of crew was nice, hard-working, and sympathetic, but that hardly makes up for the damage and loss. The 3 lost items were large - 1 chair, 1 side table, and 1 large box. Chair was part of a set, only 1 was delivered. (How do you lose 1 of 2 bright green matched chairs?) It has been months since delivery, with the promise of the items being found and delivered promptly, "probably on the next truck," and there has been nothing. After contacting the company for a follow up, we were told they could not specifically look for items since they could be in a number of places they might not have access to, so they would just look over time as they move other people's items. Sounds like they don't know where the items were and they don't know how to look for them. Solid work from a company with "Storage" in its' title. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
