I used their service with my family few weeks ago. We took a urban ford because our minivan was out of order.
The car wee took was clean, as used car can be. I thin they have to redecorate the seats.
We used this Ford for 4 days and we faced no worries with the engine, suspension and the gearbox. Just a nice rugged for. May be this car was too noisy for a gas driven car.
But a louder music can easy fix it. The sound system in the car was average.
However there were several car with more powerful sound systems.
My note is about the customer service and just too aggressive and demanding. Average experience on affordable price.
