No cars available for the 10 people in there who had pre-booked online. We were fortunate in that we booked through Expedia, and they cancelled it for us (but we'll be watching our credit card closely). When we left he was trying to charge a young couple an extra $700 they didn't owe. Only apologized for any of it when we said we had expedia on the phone. Absolutely terrible. Caveat emptor!
